                              Rum Pecan Pie

   3                    Eggs
     1/4  cup           Butter -- melted
     2/3  cup           Sugar
   1      cup           Light corn syrup
   2      teaspoons     Rum (dark rum)
   3      tablespoons   Water
   1      cup           Pecans -- chopped
  20                    Whole pecans for topping

Preheat oven to 350~. In a large bowl combine the first 7 ingredients and beat for 3 to 4 minutes.
 Fold in chopped pecans & pour into unbaked pie shell.
 Put the 20 whole pecans on top. Bake at 350~ for 45 minutes.
