                           Easy Strawberry Pie

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   1      each          9" pie shell -- baked
   4      cups          Strawberries
   1      cup           Sugar
   1      cup           Water
   3      tablespoons   Cornstarch
   2      tablespoons   White corn syrup

Boil together the sugar, water, cornstarch & syrup. Cook until it starts to thicken. 
 Cool.  When cool, add the strawberries & pour into the pie shell.
Refrigerate before serving.
