                           Honey strawberry pie

   2      tablespoons   Cornstarch
     1/2  teaspoon      Salt
   5      cups          Strawberries
   1      package       Plain gelatin
     3/4  cup           Honey
   1      teaspoon      Grated lemon rind
                        Baked 9 inch pie shell
                        Honey sweetened whipped
                        Cream -- optional

In saucepan, mix cornstarch, salt, and 2 cups berries, mashed.
 Gradually stir in 1/2 c water. Bring to boil, and cook,
 stirring over low heat 5 minutes or until thickened and clear. 
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and add with honey and grated rind to first mixture.
 Cook, stirring 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. 
Slice remaining berries and fold into mixture. Spoon into pie shell and chill until firm.
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
