                         Mile High Strawberry Pie

   2      large         Egg Whites
   1      cup           Sugar
   1      tablespoon    Lemon Juice
   1 1/4  cups          Crushed Strawberries
     1/2  pint          Whipped Cream
   1                    10" Pie Shell

Beat the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and berries at 
high speed with a mixer for 15 minutes.  Fold in whipped cream. 
 Pile into pie shell. Freeze until ready to serve.
