                   No-Bake Frozen Fluff Strawberry Pie

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   1 1/2  c             coconut toasted
     1/3  c             margarine -- melted
   3      oz. pkg       cream cheese
  14      oz. can       sweetened condensed milk
   2 1/2  cups          frozen fruit: strawberries -- raspberries
   3      Tab           lemon juice
   1      cup           whipping cream -- whipped
                        ( or cool whip if you prefer)

Combine coconut and margarine and press in pie pan.  Put coconut crust in
freezer to chill.   Beat cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in sweet milk.
Stir in berries and lemon juice.  Fold in Whipped cream and pour in the
coconut crust.  Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.  Store in freezer -
not frig.  If slicing is difficult heat knife under hot water.
