* Exported from MasterCook * Chicken Cashew Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Poultry Nuts Fruits Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- -----DRESSING----- 2/3 cup Sour cream 1/4 cup Reserved pineapple juice 1 teaspoon Garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon White pepper -----SALAD----- 16 ounces Green Giant San Francisco -- Style broccoli, carr thawed -- drained 2 cups Chicken; cooked -- shredded 1/3 cup Green onios -- sliced 8 ounces Pineapple tidbits in own -- juice; drained, rese 1/2 cup Cashews Lettuce leaves 1 teaspoon Parsley -- chopped Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Set pineapple aside. Combine juice with remaining dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Blend with a wire whisk. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except cashews, lettuce and parsley; toss. Pour dressing over salad mix; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
