* Exported from MasterCook * Chicken Salad Veronique Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Chicken Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup Cubed red apple (unpeeled) 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice 3 cups Cooked cubed chicken (1lb) 1 1/4 cups Sliced celery 1 1/4 cups Green grapes -- halved 1/2 cup Pecan halves 1/3 cup Dark raisins -----DRESSING----- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon Salt (or to taste) 1/4 teaspoon Pepper 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Cider vinegar In large serving bowl, sprinkle the apple cubes with lemon juice. Toss, then add the chicken, celery, grapes, pecans and raisins. Mix the dressing ingredients together and stir this into the salad.
