* Exported from MasterCook * Christmas Crab Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Holidays Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 oz. pkg. frozen crabmeat OR 6 oz. can crabmeat 1/2 cup swiss cheese -- shredded 1/4 cup onion -- chopped 1/4 cup celery -- chopped fine 1/4 cup green pepper -- chopped fine 2 eggs, hard-boiled -- chopped 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup french dressing OR cocktail sauce salt -- to taste Thaw crabmeat, if frozen. Pick out any shell or cartilage and discard. Drain approximately half the liquid from the crab. Combine crab and remaining liquid with all other ingredients; mix well .
