* Exported from MasterCook * Israeli Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Vegetarian Mid Eastern Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 large Ripe tomatoes 2 Cucumbers 1 Red or green bell pepper 1/2 Red onion 1/4 cup Olive oil White or red wine vinegar -- to taste Salt and pepper to taste Garlic powder Fresh parsley Wash the vegetables and chop all of them into approximately 1/4 inch cubes. Place all the ingredients into a salad bowl. For dressing, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley (chopped very fine), and whisk together.
