                          Pineapple Fluff Salad

  20      Oz            Crushed Pineapple, Drained
  14      Oz.           sweetened condensed milk
   4      Oz.           lemon juice
   9      Oz.           cool whip
                        -- (extra creamy version)
   1      Cup           Pecans
                        -- (if your Southern
                        --  walnuts for you Yanks)

                                                            
  Mix all together in a l 1/2 quart casserole and           
refrigerate overnight.                                      
  This is delicious, very light and perfect for hot weather.
