                          Strawberry-Kiwi Salad

     1/4  cup           vegetable oil
     1/4  cup           honey
     1/4  cup           tarragon vinegar -- or cider vinegar
     1/2  teaspoon      dill weed
   4      cups          salad greens -- torn
   1      pint          strawberries -- hulled, sliced
   2                    kiwi fruit -- peeled, sliced

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, honey, vinegar and dill weed. 
 Shake until well mixed.  Chill to develop the flavors, if time permits.
 Place the salad greens in a salad bowl or on individual plates. 
 Arrange the strawberries and kiwi on the greens. 
Just before serving, shake the dressing and drizzle over the
salad ingredients.  Toss together, if desired.
