Toast the seeds and nuts: some assortment of pumpkins seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped peanuts, hazelnuts or cashews. Chop dried fuits: some assortment of apricots, dates, figs, raisins, or prunes. Combine all the ingredients and let set overnight.
