* Exported from MasterCook * Banana Sour Cream Mold Recipe By : Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 package Lime Jello (8 serving-size) 2 cups Boiling water 1 1/4 cups Cold water 1 small Banana -- sliced 1/2 cup Sour cream 1/4 cup Diced celery 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts Dissolve lime gelatin in 2 c. boiling water. Remove 1 c.; add 3/4 c. of the cold water and chill until thickened. Add banana and spoon into 6-cup mold. chill until set but not firm, about 15 min. Menawhile, add remaining 1/2 c. cold water to remaining gelatin and chill until slightly thickened. Blend in sour cream. Add celery and nuts. Spoon over clear layer in mold.
