                         Christmas Cranberry Mold

   2 1/2  cups          crushed pineapple
   1      2 oz. packag  cherry jello -- (2 to 3)
     3/4  cup           sugar
   2      cups          hot water
     1/2  cup           cold water
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
   1 1/2  cups          ground cranberries
   1      small         orange, ground (1/2 cup)
   1      cup           chopped celery
     1/2  cup           broken walnuts

   Drain pineapple; save syrup. Mix jello and sugar; add hot water; stir until dissolved.
 Add cold water, lemon juice and reserved syrup. Chill until partially set. 
Add pineapple, cranberries, orange, celery and walnuts
. Pour into a 2 quart mold*; chill until firm.
 *Also looks attractive if made in a fancy glass bowl and then served by the spoonfuls
