                              Gazpacho Mold

   4      cups          spicy tomato juice
   2      tablespoons   gelatin
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
     1/2  cup           celery -- finely chopped
     1/2  cup           onion -- finely chopped
     1/4  cup           green pepper -- finely chopped
   1                    hard-boiled egg -- finely chopped
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in 2 cups tomato juice. In a saucepan,
 heat remaining 2 cups tomato juice and add to
gelatin mixture.  Add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 5-cup mold.  
Refrigerate.  Serves 8 to 10
