* Exported from MasterCook * Jellied Vegetable Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Gelatins Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup Cooked cubed carrots 1 cup Cooked cubed potatoes 1 Green pepper -- chopped fine 2 Stalks celery -- chopped fine 1 tablespoon Vinegar Mayonnaise dressing 3 tablespoons Gelatin 1/2 cup Cold water 1 cup Boiling vegetable liquor Onion juice 1 cup Cooked peas Salt, pepper -- and paprika Soften gelatin in cold water. Add vegetable liquor. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Add vegetables and vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and onion juice. Mix thoroughly. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
