                            Louie Shrimp Mold

   1                    Envelope unflavored gelatin
   1      can           Condensed tomato soup
   8      ounces        Cream cheese
   1      cup           Mayonnaise
     1/3  cup           Green pepper -- diced
     1/2  cup           Celery -- diced
     1/3  cup           Onion -- minced
     1/4  cup           Sweet pickle relish -- opt's
     1/2  pound         Fresh shrimp

                        Crab
                        <<<OR>>>
                        Both -- mixed

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
 Bring tomato soup to a boil and add gelatin.. stir to dissolve.
Lower heat and add cream cheese and mayonnaise and beat till smooth.
 Chill until partially set.  Fold in the chopped bell pepper, celery, onion, relish and crab/shrimp
. Pour into a 5-6 cup mold and chill till firm.
