* Exported from MasterCook * Molded Egg Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 packets unflavored gelatin 1 cup water 2 cups mayonnaise 12 hard-boiled egg -- chopped 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish 1/2 cup celery -- chopped 1/2 cup sweet red peppers -- chopped 1/2 cup green onion -- sliced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper thinly sliced fully cooked ham -- In a med. saucepan, soften gelatin in water for 5 min. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Remove from the heat. Whisk in mayonnaise. Stir in eggs. Add relish, celery, red pepper, onions, salt and pepper; ;mix well. Pour into an oiled 8-cup mold. Chill overnight. Unmold onto a serving platter.
