* Exported from MasterCook * Molded mushroom salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup Water 1 PKG 8 8 oz cream cheese cut Into cubes 1 Can 10 1/2 ounces condensed Cream of mushroom soup Undiluted 1 Pound fresh mushrooms Sliced 2 tablespoons Butter 1 cup Diced celery 1 cup Finely diced onions 1 cup Mayonnaise 1 Can 4 ounces sliced black Olives drained 1 tablespoon PREPARED horseradish 1 tablespoon White pepper 1 tablespoon Garlic powder soften the gelatin in water. IN a medium saucepan over low heat, combine gelatin mixture, cream cheese and soup; blend until smooth. Let cool. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until lightly browned. Add to cream cheese mixture. Add celery, onions, mayo, olives, horseradish, white pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. Pour mixture into a lightly oiled 2 quart mold.
