                          Pink Perfection Salad

   1      package       Lemon jelatin
   1      package       Strawberr gelatin
   2      cups          Hot water
   2      tablespoons   Horseradish
   1      tablespoon    Lemon juice
   1      cup           Salad dressing
   1      pint          Cottage cheese -- small curd
   1      cup           Nuts -- chopped
   1      small         Can crushed pineapple
   1      can           Evaporated milk -- chilled

Mix gelatin, water, horseradish and lemon juice. Cool until thickened.
Mix salad dressing, cottage cheese, nuts and pineapple. Fold in slightly thicken gelatin. F
old in evaporated milk that has been well chilled and whipped until thick. 
 Pour mixture into 9x13x2-inch pan. Chill.
