* Exported from MasterCook * Sea Foam Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup boiling water (or pear juice) 1 package lime jello -- 3 oz size 6 ounces cream cheese -- softened 1/2 cup whipping cream -- whipped OR 1 cup cool whip 29 ounces can lite pears drained and diced 1 can crushed pineapple --small can-drained Mix boiling water and jello; let cool to lukewarm. Mix with cream cheese and whipped cream with electric beater until well blended. Let sit in refrigerator until partially set. Mix in fruit and mold in 6-cup ring mold sprayed lightly with Pam.
