* Exported from MasterCook * Dayton's Marco Polo Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound Pasta 2 Garlic cloves -- crushed 3/4 cup Olive oil 1/2 cup Parsley -- chopped 1 Green pepper -- julienne 1 Red pepper -- julienne 1 tablespoon Basil -- or more 1 tablespoon Oregano 2 tablespoons Salt 1 tablespoon Coarse ground pepper 2/3 pound Jarlsberg -- julienne 1/2 cup Pecans -- chopped 1/2 cup Half and half 3/4 cup Fresh grated Parmesan Cook pasta until al dente. Strain and toss with 2 Tbsp. of olive oil. Set aside. Mix together garlic, the rest of olive oil, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour half and half into mixture, whisking at the same time.
