                         Bacon Ranch Potato Salad

   3      pounds        New potatoes
     1/2  cup           Mayonnaise
     1/4  cup           Ranch dressing
     1/4  teaspoon      Salt
     1/4  teaspoon      Pepper
     1/8  teaspoon      Garlic powder
   8      slices        Bacon, crisp -- crumbled
     1/2  cup           Celery -- sliced
     1/2  cup           Red bell pepper -- sliced
     1/2  cup           Green onions -- sliced

Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices; boil in water until tender (about 10 minutes);
 drain well. Mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing and seasonings in large bowl 
until well blended. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; mix well. 
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
