                       Bob's Barbecue Potato Salad

   5      Gal           Potatoes
  16                    Hard-Cooked Eggs -- sliced
   2      C             Onion -- finely chopped
   1      Qt            Sweet Relish -- with juice
   2      Qts           Salad Dressing
   1      C             Mustard
                        Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and slice while hot. Add eggs,
onion, relish, salad dressing and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Allow
salad to season in the refrigerator. If the salad is to stiff, boil 2 cups
of water and immediately pour over the misture, stirring in quickly.
