* Exported from MasterCook * Hungarian Gourmet Potato Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Outdoor Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds New potatoes 6 Green onions -- finely chopped 4 Stalks celery -- finely Chopped 2 medium Sized dill pickles -- thinly Sliced 1 large Sour green apple; peeled Cored and chopped 1/2 cup Sour cream 1/4 cup White vinegar 1 teaspoon Salt Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Paprika 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley -- finely Chopped Boil unpeeled potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and cool. When cool enough to handle but still warm. peel and cut into halves. Put warm potatoes in a large salad bowl. Add green onions, celery, dill pickles and apple. Mix sour cream with the vinegar. Pour over the warm potatoes and vegetables. Season to taste. Sprinkle paprika over salad. Toss well. Garnish with parsley. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
