                              Bacon Dressing

   5                    Slices bacon
     1/2  cup           Sugar
     1/2  teaspoon      Salt
   1      tablespoon    Cornstarch
   1                    Egg beaten
     1/4  cup           Cider vinegar
   1      cup           Water

Fry bacon until crisp, drain, and save bacon grease.

 combine sugar, salt and corn starch.
 Add egg, vinegar and water, and mix well.  
Add reserved crumbled bacon and bacon grease. 
Cook stirring constantly over medum heat until mixture thickens
. Pour Hot dressing over fresh spinach or other salad greens.
 Serve immediately
