                     Blue Castle Celery Seed Dressing

   1      C             Sugar
   1      Tbsp          Onion -- grated
   1      Tbsp          Salt
     3/4  C             Vinegar
   1      Tbsp          Dry Mustard
   1      Tbsp          Celery Seed
   1      C             Oil

Combine all ingredients but the oil in bowl of an electric mixer. Set
mixer at low speed and combine. Then add oil very slowly and beat until
all oil is combined.
Makes 2 cups.
