                           Dressing for Spinach

   1 1/2  cups          super fine sugar
     2/3  cup           apple cider vinegar
   2      teaspoons     dry mustard
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
   2      cups          olive oil
   3      Tablespoons   poppy seeds


Put sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt into a blender.  With machine running,
slowly add the oil, processing until thick.  Stir in poppy seeds and store in
an airtight container in refrigerator
