     1/2  teaspoon      Orange Peel -- Grated
     1/4  cup           Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
   1      tablespoon    Sugar
   3      ounces        Cream Cheese, Softened -- Cut Into Cubes
   1      dash          Cayenne Pepper

 Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth.

 Makes 1 cup.
