                       Garlic-Honey Salad Dressing

   2      cups          Mayonnaise
     1/3  cup           Vegetable oil
     1/4  cup           Buttermilk
     1/4  cup           Sour cream
   3      tablespoons   Honey
   1      tablespoon    Lemon juice
   1      tablespoon    White wine vinegar
   1      lg            Clove garlic -- crushed
     3/4  teaspoon      Dry mustard

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until mixture is blended. 
 Serve dressing over salad greens.  Yield 3-1/4 cups.
