                       Homemade Roquefort Dressing

   1      cup           Sour cream
   2      tablespoons   Mayonnaise
   2      tablespoons   Lemon juice
     3/4  teaspoon      TABASCO pepper sauce
   2                    Green onions -- chopped
     1/2  cup           Roquefort cheese -- crumbled
                        Salt

Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and TABASCO sauce.
 Fold in green onions and cheese.  Salt to taste. Refrigerate several hours. Yield:
1-3/4 cups.
