                           Jalapeno Vinaigrette

   2      tablespoons   fresh lime juice
   2 1/2  tablespoons   sherry vinegar
     1/2  teaspoon      Dijon mustard
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/2  teaspoon      black pepper
     1/2                fresh jalapeno -- seeded
     1/3                cup olive oil

  In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the olive oil and whirl 1-2 minutes. 
 With machine running, add olive oil 1 tablespoon at a time.  Chill.
