                             Malibu Dressing

     1/2  small         onion -- coarsely chopped
     1/4  cup           peanut oil
   2      tablespoons   orange juice
   1 1/2  tablespoons   honey
   1      tablespoon    rice vinegar
     1/2  teaspoon      orange peel -- finely grated
     1/2  teaspoon      salt

Place onion, peanut oil, orange juice, honey, rice vinegar, orange peel and sal
t in blender or food processor; blend until smooth and foamy.  Immediately toss with greens.
