                           Sour Cream Dressing

   1      teaspoon      dry mustard
   2      teaspoons     sugar
   2      teaspoons     flour
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/8  teaspoon      black pepper
     1/3  cup           vinegar
   1      cup           sour cream

Mix all ingredients except for the sour cream; cook in a double boiler until thick.
 Let cool, then add one cup of sour cream, beaten stiff.
