                              Zucchini Slaw

   1      medium        zucchini, julienned
   1      medium        carrot, julienned
   1      stalk         celery, chopped
     1/2  cup           green pepper, chopped
   1      cup           cabbage, shredded
                        FOR DRESSING:
     1/3  cup           ollive oil
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
   1      teaspoon      dijon mustard
                        salt and pepper

Mix together dressing ingredients.  Pour over vegetables and
toss well.
