                           Angels Spinach Salad

   1 1/2  Pounds        Fresh spinach; wash -- trimmed
   2                    Eggs; hard boiled -- crumbled
  10                    Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
  11      Ounces        Mandarin oranges -- drained
     1/2  Pound         Bacon; cooked -- crumbled
                        -----DRESSING-----
     1/2  Cup           Olive oil
     1/4  Teaspoon      Dry mustard
     1/4  Cup           Cider vinegar
     1/4  Teaspoon      Fresh ground black pepper
     1/4  Cup           Sugar
     1/4  Teaspoon      Celery salt
     1/2  Teaspoon      Salt
     1/2  Md            Onion -- chopped fine
     1/2  Teaspoon      Paprika

    Chill all ingredients for salad.  Tear spinach into bite-sized pieces.
 Mix together spinach, mushrooms, half of the bacon, eggs and oranges. 
 Use a large bowl. Toss well with dressing. Top with remaining bacon, eggs and oranges. 

  DRESSING: Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid. Shake thoroughly.
  Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake again before pouring over salad.
