                         Grapefruit-Spinach Salad

  10      ounces        Fresh spinach; wash -- drain
   8      slices        Bacon -- crisply cooked
     1/4  pound         Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
   2                    Florida grapefruit; peeled -- sectioned
                        -----DRESSING-----
     1/4  cup           Salad oil
   2      tablespoons   Vinegar
   2      tablespoons   Grapefruit juice
   1      tablespoon    Soy sauce
     1/4  teaspoon      Tabasco sauce
     1/4  teaspoon      Salt
     1/4  teaspoon      Pepper

Coarsely tear spinach into large salad bowl. Add bacon, mushrooms and grapefruit sections.
 Blend oil, vinegar, grapefruit juice with the rest of the dressing ingredients.
 Toss with spinach, crumbled bacon, mushrooms and grapefruit.
