                          Tropical Spinach Salad

  20      ounces        Pineapple chunks
   3      slices        Bacon -- cooked & crumbled
   1      bn            Spinach -- washed & torn
     1/2  cup           Celery -- sliced
     1/4  small         Onion, red -- sliced
   1      tablespoon    Vinegar
   1      tablespoon    Oil
     1/4  teaspoon      Oregano -- crumbled
                        Salt and peper -- to taste

Drain pineapple; reserve 2 T juice.  Toss pineapple, bacon, spinach, celery and onion. 
 Combine reserved juice with remaining ingredients.  Add to salad and toss.
