* Exported from MasterCook * Sauerkraut Corn Relish Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn -- 16 oz 1 Can Sauerkraut -- 16 oz/drain 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Peppers 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion 2 Ounces Pimento -- drained -----DRESSING----- 1/4 Teaspoon Whole Mustard Seed 1/2 Teaspoon Celery Seed 1/2 Teaspoon Caraway Seed 1/4 Cup White Vinagar 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 3/4 Cup Sugar Combine corn and sauerkraut in large bowl, pressing sauerkraut before adding to remove excess liquid. Combine dressing ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
