* Exported from MasterCook * Arizona Marinade Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Mixes Sauce Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 cups Beef broth 1 cup Tamari or soy sauce 1/3 cup Cider vinegar 1/2 cup Cooking oil 1 1/2 teaspoons Dry mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder 1 teaspoon Chili powder 1 teaspoon Bottled hot pepper sauce Combine broth, tamari or soy sauce, vinegar, oil, dry mustard, paprika, garlic, chili powder, and bottled hot pepper sauce in a mixing bowl Place meat into a heavy plastic bag set in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over meat. Seal bag and turn to coat meat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain meat, reserving marinade, if desired. Grill meat. Cook meat for half the time specified, brushing meat with the Continue grilling for remaining time or to desired doneness. This marinade brings out the flavor of meat or poultry.
