In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, marjoram, and salt and pepper. Pour marinade over meat, using about 1/2 cup for each pound. Turn to coat both sides. cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat; boil marinade 1 minute.
