                     Cream of Potato Soup with Cheese

   1      lg            Potato -- peeled and diced
   1 1/2  cups          Skim milk
   1      cup           Evaporated skim milk
   1      teaspoon      Dry onion flakes
   2      tablespoons   Lite sour cream
     1/2  teaspoon      -Salt
     1/2  teaspoon      Celery flakes
     1/2  cup           Alpine Lace Free & Lean fat
                        -free cheese -- shredded (for
                        -garnish)
                        -Black pepper -- to taste
          dash          Seasoned salt

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in medium sauce pan and simmer over
 very low heat for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are done. When ready to serve,
 garnish top of each bowl of soup with shredded cheese.
