                      Hearty Potato Sauerkraut Soup

   4      cups          Chicken broth
   1      can           Cream of mushroom soup
   1      16 ounces Ca  sauerkraut, rinse -- drain
   8      ounces        Fresh mushrooms -- slice
   1      medium        Potato -- cut small cubes
   3      medium        Carrots -- chopped
   1      medium        Onion -- chopped
   2      Ribs          celery -- chopped
     3/4  pound         Smoked Polish sausage -- cube
     1/2  cup           Chicken; cooked -- chopped
   2      tablespoons   Vinegar
   1      teaspoon      Dried dill weed
     1/2  teaspoon      Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a 3 to 4-qt crockpot. Cover and  
cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or until veggies are tender. 
If necessary, skim off fat before serving.
