* Exported from MasterCook * Blackberry Soup Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Soups Fruits Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pint Fresh or frozen blackberries -- drained 1/2 cup Granulated sugar 2 cups -cold water 2 small Lemons -- thinly sliced 1 Stick cinnamon 2 Whole cloves 2 cups Non-fat yogurt Berries or mint for garnish In saucepan, combine berries, sugar, water, lemons, cinnamon and cloves and puree berry mixture in food processor. Strain through sieve and chill. Add yogurt, mixing well. Refrigerate.
