                          Cabbage and Beef Soup

     1/4  teaspoon      Garlic powder
     1/4  teaspoon      Pepper
   2                    Celery stalks -- chopped
  16      ounces        Kidney beans -- undrained
     1/2  medium        Head cabbage -- chopped
  28      ounces        Tomatoes -- chopped and
                        reserved
   4                    Beef bouillon cubes
                         -- chopped fresh parsel

In dutch oven brown beef. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley, bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat and simmer (rest of the recipe is missing)
