                           Cauliflower ham soup

   2      cups          Sliced cauliflower
  13 3/4  ounces        Can chicken broth
   1      cup           Light cream or milk
   1      can           Condensed cream of potato
                        Soup
     1/4  cup           Water
   2      tablespoons   Cornstarch
     1/8  teaspoon      Pepper
   2      cups          Cooked ham -- diced

cook cauliflower in chicken broth for 10 minutes. Do not drain. In  bowl, stir cream into soup.
 Blend water, cornstarch and pepper. Stir into soup. Pour over cauliflower. Cook until bubbly. Stir in ham
