                           Chunky Sausage Soup

   1      cup           Carrot -- sliced
   1      cup           Celery -- sliced
     1/2  cup           Onion -- chopped
     1/2  cup           Parsley -- chopped
     1/2  teaspoon      Chili powder
     1/4  teaspoon      Salt
     1/2  cup           Water
  14      ounces        Tomatoes -- diced in juice
   2      cans          14 oz beef broth
   7      ounces        Swift Brown n Serve Turkey -- Sausage
     1/2  cup           Elbow macaroni

Combine all ingredients except sausage and macaroni in large saucepan or dutch oven.  
Bring to a boil over high heat. Cut sausage links into fourths.  Stir in sausage and macaroni.
 Reduce heat and simmer covered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
