                          Gourmet's Reuben Soup

   1       tb           Margarine or butter
   6                    Kielbasa sausages (2-1/2lbs)
                        Cut into 1/2" thick slices
   2       cn           Beef broth
   1       c            Dry white wine or 1 addition
                        Can of beef broth
   1       cn           Sauerkraut (32oz), rinsed
                        Drained
   1 1/2   ts           Caraway seed
   2                    Bay leaves

  Melt butter over high heat in 5-qt. Dutch oven. Add       
  sausages and brown them evenly. Stir in broth, wine,      
  sauerkraut, caraway seeds and bay leaves. Bring to        
  boil, then simmer uncovered about 10 min. Remove bay      
  leaves and serve.
