Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 1 hour. Remove turkey carcass; cool. Remove meat from bones and chop. Discard bones. Strain broth. Return broth and turkey to pan. Stir in cabbage, undrained tomatoes, beans, onion, garlic, parsley, basil, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 25-30 minutes.
