In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to boil, then add onions and rice. Reduce heat and simmer gently, uncovered, until the rice is almost tender, about 15 minutes. Cut cabbage into medium-sized pieces. In another saucepan, boil cabbage for 2 minutes. Drain. Add cabbage and lemon slices to soup. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Don't let the cabbage lose its color . Sliver chicken. Add chicken, and salt and pepper to taste. Add more chicken broth if necessary. Simmer chicken 5 minutes, until heated through. Per Serving: 265 calories, 7 g fat, 50 mg cholesterol, 1,258 mg sodium Sylvia's comments: this was WAY too much trouble, so I just chucked everything in the chicken broth, and the flavor still was rather unexciting.
